유럽 규격 EN 13501-1 기준 Class A. 국내 불연 시험성적서를 함께 보유하고 있으며, 마그네슘보드는 KFI 기준 불연 인증을 확보했습니다.Class A to EN 13501-1, with a domestic fire test report; magnesium board carries KFI non-combustible certification.
방수성Waterproof
NALFA LF 01-2011 기준 24시간 침수 후 두께 팽창률 0.04%. 일반 라미네이트 보드와 달리 흡수에 의한 부풀음이 사실상 발생하지 않습니다.0.04% thickness swelling after 24 hours submerged (NALFA LF 01-2011) — effectively no water-driven swelling.
항균성Mildew proof
천연 미네랄 보드의 소재 특성만으로 곰팡이균이 생성되지 않아, 별도의 항균 처리제가 필요하지 않습니다.The mineral board resists mould by material property alone — no antimicrobial treatment required.
치수 안정성Dimensional stability
EN 434 시험에서 SPC 보드 대비 변형이 적어, 온도 변화가 큰 구역에서도 이격과 뒤틀림 위험이 낮습니다.Less deformation than SPC board under EN 434 — lower risk of gaps and warping where temperatures swing.
단열성Thermal conductivity
유럽 단열 품질 테스트 결과 평균 0.115 W/m·K로, 동종 벽장재 대비 우수한 단열성을 확인했습니다.Averaging 0.115 W/m·K in EU testing — better than comparable wall panels.
바닥충격음Floor impact sound
타일 대비 경량충격음 4~7dB 감소. 경량·중량 각 49dB 이하 기준(2022.8.4 시행) 대응 자재로 검토됩니다.4–7 dB lower light-impact sound than tile, for the 49 dB limits in force since Aug 2022.

이모션월은 접착과 타카 고정만으로 시공이 완료됩니다. 아래는 현장 조건 확인부터 마감까지의 기준 절차입니다.Emotion Wall is installed with adhesive and staples only. The standard sequence, from site check to trim, is below.
시공 전 현장 조건Before you start
- 벽면 평활도 2m당 3mm 이하Flatness ≤3mm per 2m
- 벽면 충분히 건조·견고, 먼지·이물질 없음Dry, sound, dust-free substrate
- 콘크리트 표면 박리 없음No surface delamination
- 조건 미달 시 하지 작업 후 시공Level the substrate first if not met
기준선 · 재단Layout & cutting
- 벽면 청소 후 레이저 레벨기로 기준선 설정Clean, then set lines with a laser level
- 보드 사이즈에 맞춰 벽면 분할Divide the wall to panel size
- 다이아몬드 톱날로 재단, 뒷면을 위로 뒤집어 절단Cut with a diamond blade, board face down
접착제 도포 · 부착Adhesive & fixing
- 보드 뒷면·벽면 먼지 제거 후 전용 접착제 도포Dust off both faces, apply the adhesive
- 가장자리는 끝면에서 10cm 안쪽, 중앙은 지름 5cm 정도10cm in from edges, ~5cm dots at centre
- 수평·수직 기준선에 맞춰 아래에서 위로 부착Set bottom-up along the layout lines
결합 · 모서리 마감Joints & corners
- 첫 장은 혀쪽면이 벽 시작면을 향하게Start with the tongue toward the wall
- 보드 홈에 타카로 고정 후 다음 장 결합Staple the groove, then join the next panel
- 모서리는 전용 마감재 또는 45도 졸리컷Corners: trim profile or a 45° jolly cut
시공 주의사항Cautions
- 시공 완료 후 24시간 동안 충격·진동 금지No impact or vibration for 24 hours
- 접착 양생 완료 후 표면 보호 필름 제거Peel the protective film after curing
- 운반은 2인 원칙, 장폭쪽을 들어 흔들림 최소화Two people to carry, lifted on the long edge
- 끝면·모서리 충격 파손에 특히 주의Protect edges and corners from knocks
바닥재 · 줄눈 마감 기준Flooring & grout
- 실측·수직도·구배 확인 후 가조립Survey level, plumb and slope, then dry-fit
- 에폭시 3분 이상 교반, 40분 내 사용 완료Mix epoxy 3+ min, use within 40 min
- 결합부는 얇게 도포해 접착제 솟음 방지Thin coat at joints to avoid squeeze-out
- 마스킹 후 줄눈 삽입, 헤라로 눌러 마감Mask, insert grout, press with a spatula
고객 안내 사항Client notice
줄눈·접착 양생을 위해 시공 완료 후 24시간 동안 물 사용을 금지합니다. 거주 중 현장은 사용 금지 안내를, 패키지 현장은 출입 통제 안내를 병행합니다.No water use for 24 hours while grout and adhesive cure — communicated as a use restriction in occupied homes and access control on package sites.

사후 확인제도Post-completion impact

2022년 8월 4일 시행으로, 공동주택은 사용검사 전 바닥충격음 성능검사 결과를 사용검사권자에게 제출해야 합니다. 기준에 미달하면 보완 시공·손해배상 등의 조치를 권고받을 수 있습니다.Since 4 Aug 2022, housing projects must file impact-sound test results before use approval; falling short can trigger remedial work or compensation.
기준은 경량·중량 충격음 각 49dB 이하로 강화되었고, 콘크리트 슬래브 두께는 210mm(라멘구조 150mm) 이상이 요구됩니다.Both light and heavy impact sound must be 49 dB or lower, with slabs at 210mm (150mm for rigid-frame buildings).
